The scent of real leather
Nothing is more beautiful (and smells better) as pure and honest leather. That’s why we kept your KEES free of dirt- or water repellents (by not using a protective spray). Because of that, you get the real scent of the leather when you open the delivery box to discover your very own KEES. Unfortunately this means that your KEES isn’t protected to external influences. If you want to do something about that we advise you use a sustainable leather protection spray. Please make sure you use the right spray in the right way (follow the instructions). Do you want to be 100% sure? Ask your local shoemaker to advise you properly or use our Organic Protect & Care spray.

Better with age
The color of your KEES changes throughout the years. Not only because he is getting older but also due to (everyday) use. This means that the leather can become darker and more flexible.
